(a) does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability or legality of any information contained in the products and services offered;
(b) expressly disclaims all or any warranties, express or implied, relating to our service or any other products or services, including in particular any warranties of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose;
(c) will not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from the use of our service;
(d) You agree that in order to access and use the Subscription Services you will choose a email and password. You are responsible for the security and proper use of your username and password and must take all necessary steps to ensure that they are kept confidential, used properly, and not disclosed to unauthorized people.
(e) You acknowledge and agree that you will inform Spectral immediately if you have any reason to believe that any Password has become known to someone not authorized to use it or if any Password is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorized way. If Spectral have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Subscription Services, Spectral may change any or all of your Passwords immediately and will notify you accordingly.
(f) You agree that each registration is valid for a single individual user only, and you are prohibited from sharing your Password with third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized access is obtained to the Subscription Services through your Account. You will be entirely liable for all activities conducted and charges incurred through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
(g) Restrictions on use of our products/services - You are entitled to use the information provided through our products and services for your own personal private use. You may not use by means of resale use any data or information provided through our products/services in connection with any business or commercial undertaking.
(h) You are allowed to watch from different places, using a single registration, provided you do not do so concurrently. If you close one video window and then login from another place and open another video window, you can watch the match. Just make sure you do not leave the video window open at your home before you leave for work. If you attempt to watch from 2 places concurrently, you will be logged off from the previous place, and warned that multiple concurrent logins are not permitted. We strongly discourage any attempts to share the same login and password among multiple users. Violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of your subscription, and no refunds will be provided.
No service -We offer a range of stream purchase options; these are provided to offer maximum flexibility to our customers. Unfortunately no full refunds are available, only partial refund or no refund can be provided depending on the circumstances.

We only give partial refund to Pay Per Series Subscription.

For example, India vs. Australia 7 ODI's is $35 and if you cancel the subscription after 2 ODI's, we will refund you $25 assuming $5/match.
Intellectual property - The data and
information contained within this website and any of our
products/services, the trademarks, logos and other
intellectual property used in conjunction with our
service are the property of SpectralMedia. No license of
any such intellectual property rights is granted to you
as a result of your custom or use of our
products/services.
Summary -
Spectral provides
our customers with server bandwidth usage only, we do
not sell TV streaming or cricket broadcasting services.
We only offer online bandwidth and windows & winamp
streaming servers
